While developing a general legal practice, his primary areas of emphasis include commercial/business litigation, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, banking, and general litigation. Weston enjoys representing individuals and businesses of all shapes and sizes, and takes great pride in providing personalized service to solve his clients’ legal problems. Originally from a cattle ranch near Lewistown, Montana, Weston enjoys spending his time away from the office being outdoors with his wife, Mitzi, and their young son.
