Mr. Rice graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech School of Law. He was a member of the Texas Tech Law Review and served as a staff member and as an Articles Editor. While at Texas Tech, Mr. Rice worked in the Low-Income Tax Clinic providing representation to low-income individuals against the Internal Revenue Service where he received a distinction award for academic achievement. Prior to attending Texas Tech School of Law, Mr. Rice attended Hardin-Simmons University where he played collegiate soccer and was selected as a Senior Captain for the team.
