Mr. Johnson is a general litigator with extensive experience in insurance, railroad, and professional malpractice defense and business litigation. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He served as President of the Lubbock County Bar Association, Director of the State Bar of Texas, and Trustee of the Texas Bar Foundation. He graduated from Indiana University and from the University of Texas Law School in 1966.
