Mr. Stevens works on Real Estate and Probate issues for individuals and corporate clients. Mr. Stevens worked as corporate counsel for Stewart Title of Lubbock, Inc., for seven years before joining the firm. As such, he developed expertise in curing title defects as well as valuable experience in complex real estate transactions. Mr. Stevens represents several area and regional banking institutions focusing on commercial loans. Mr. Stevens also works closely with title companies in the Lubbock area.
